Stuffed Dates, or shall we say, dates that may get you stuffed

These beauties are a delicious and nutrient packed snack. Dates are full of vitamin C, D, antioxidants and many more wonderful things that support the body in so many ways. Dates are great for pregnant women because they provide a source of iron and can promote natural labor due to how they mimic oxytocin and bring natural contractions. They also contain a compound called tannin which helps facilitate the uterine lining during labor.
But wait, there’s more! Dates have been consumed for ages as a fantastic food that also supports men’s sexual health. Some research states that dates can enhance your sexual stamina (meow). So make these for you and your partner… TONIGHT.
