Fall Kale Salad 🍂

This salad is hearty and delicious. It is also a great recipe for meal prep as the kale doesn’t get soggy or wilted, like some other greens we may know (I won’t mention any names). Having a few jars of these ready for the week won’t just make you feel good but also your vagina.
Leafy greens help decrease vaginal dryness as they purify blood and enhance circulation. These greens are also high in vitamin E, magnesium, and calcium, all of which are beneficial to muscle health – including the cuca muscles. We hope you give these a try and as always, stay hydrated!
Ingredients:
Kale massaged with lemon, salt, and olive oil
Protein of choice (we used marinated tofu)
Banana Peppers (optional but recommended)
Avocado (optional but recommended)
Diced Apples
Green or Red Onion
Dried Cranberries
Pumpkin Seeds or Pecans
Dressing of your choice. We used as homemade hummus dressing (see below)
Quick Hummus Dressing:
½ of a lemons juice
½ garlic hummus
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp water
